Because it has many cultural properties, including two national treasures, from buildings such as the main hall (national treasure) and Taishido (national treasure), to Buddha statues such as “Golden bronze sacred Kannon (Aitata Kannon)”, paintings, and crafts. It is also called Horyu ji of Harima.
